We are a small but mighty production company dedicated to telling the stories that speak to us and helping underserved and new filmmakers find their voices. We are always happy to make new friends and work with clients who need our services.
HISTORY
Tequila Mockingbird Productions took flight in 2017, when creators Thresa Richardson, Andrew Menjivar, and Cameron A. Mitchell joined forces in the Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Project. They'd done one short film before, but this was the project that gave them their name and cemented their relationship. From 48 Hours to promos to music videos to feature films, Tequila Mockingbird Productions may be the scrappiest little production company in Los Angeles. Their professionalism is unparalleled and their commitment to production value unequaled. They never leave a project unfinished.
